Bruce Randall
Bruce E. Randall (August 17, 1931 – August 23, 2010)[1] was an American professional bodybuilder who competed in the late 1950s.[2]
Randall won the 1959 Mr. Universe, after famously slimming down from 425 pounds to 223 pounds after extensive training and dieting.[3][4] Randall had gotten himself up to this weight in order to increase lifting strength for the sake of weightlifting, but decided to quit due to economic reasons (as a result of the extensive diet needed to sustain it).[5]
Before slimming down, Randall ate between 12 and 18 eggs per day and drank an average of 8 to 10 quarts of milk. He later embraced a balanced diet, with vegetables, nuts and 2 boiled eggs for breakfast.[6]

gollark: I ran it through Google's PageSpeed Insights thing, and that was the thing it complained most about.
gollark: ... is your website pulling in 250KB of in-browser Lua VM on every page and not using `async`/`defer` for it?
gollark: Although you could *sort of* do those things with a static site too.
gollark: Mine is designed as a mostly-static website, which doesn't do either of those.
gollark: I went to a lot of effort to speed up my site, including inlining the CSS in the page itself, so it has to be small.
