Brodi Kotila
Brodi Kotila is an American political scientist who served as assistant secretary for strategy, plans, analysis and risk. She was appointed principal deputy assistant secretary for policy under the Department of Homeland Security, United States.[1][2]

She studied political science at the University of California, PhD and masters all in Harvard University and also attended Yale Law School for J.D.[3][4]
Career
Brodi works as chief of staff to the undersecretary of the United States Army, principal advisor of civilian, special counsel under the Defence General Counsel department and Domestic Policy Council in the White House before joining the Department of Homeland Security; she is also in the United States Navy Reserve and became a member of the Bar Association in Massachusetts.[5]
