Brandy (given name)
Brandy is a feminine given name. It is possible that the name is derived from the Dutch language brandewijn, meaning "burned wine" (i.e. the alcoholic drink brandy), or "brandewine"; however, it is more likely a feminine form of Brandon.[1]
