Braden River High School opened in August 2005.[2]

Braden River's colors are maroon, black, and white and their mascot is the Pirate. They offer the following sports programs:

Marching band

Braden River's marching band has won five 3A Florida Marching Band State Championships.[3][4][5]

As of the 2018-2019 school year, Braden River enrolled 2,036 students. 1,249 identified as white, 470 identified as hispanic, 169 identified as black, 79 identified as asian, 58 identified as multi-racial, seven identified as American Indian/Alaska Native, and four identified as Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander.[1]
