Boyd Huppert

Boyd Huppert (c. 1962) is an American television personality. He is a news reporter for KARE 11 in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota. Each week, he adds another Land of 10,000 Stories story,[1] which has been recognized for its photojournalism.[2]

Television work

In 2007 Huppert received an Emmy Award[3] for "Portrait of Compassion",[4] which ran on NBC's Today Show. He has won 19 RTDNA Edward R. Murrow Awards, a National Headliner Grant Award, and the National Press Photographers Association's Photojournalism Award for Reporting. His work has been shown on CNN and NBC. Before working at KARE, he worked at WITI in Milwaukee, WSAW in north-central Wisconsin and KETV in Omaha, Nebraska.
