Bolshaya Shelkovka (Russian: Большая Шелковка) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Bolsheshelkovnikovsky Selsoviet, Rubtsovsky District, Altai Krai, Russia. The population was 384 as of 2013.[2] There are 3 streets.
