The district encompasses 174.54 square miles (452.1 km2) of land within Hot Spring County and Clark County and serves all or portions of the communities of Bismarck, Amity, Donaldson, Malvern, Pearcy, Bonnerdale, Hot Springs National Park, and Arkadelphia.
