Products

The firm develops and provides products for the functional annotation and analysis of genomics data sets. The most well-known product is Blast2GO; the paper describing it [3] has been cited by over 3528 scientific citations (as of January, 2016).[4] Blast2GO is for functional genomics specially for non-model organism research.[5] Blast2GO is for functional annotation of novel sequences and the genome-wide analysis of annotation data. BioBam has partnerships with bioinformatics companies like CLC bio [6] and Biomatters,[7] among others.[8]

gollark: I mean, yes, it's harder to memorize 128-bit addresses than 32-bit ones, but... we have computers to remember long things for us now.
gollark: What's wrong with IPv6? I can't really say much about the design changes versus v4 other than addresses, but it seems... necessary.
gollark: You need two ~s. It's a weird Markdown variant.
gollark: My servers use my username and sudo only for root with key authentication, but the separate account is mostly only for permissions reasons and reducing the likelihood of me horribly messing up.
gollark: If they can bruteforce `root` they can bruteforce your user account.
