Billy Higgins (karateka)
Billy Higgins (born 14 August 1945, Bootle, England) is a British karateka.[2] He has an 8th Dan black belt in karate, and is the winner of multiple karate medals including World Karate Championships and is a karate instructor for the Karate Union of Great Britain.[3][4]
