Bill Cubbedge
Bill Cubbedge is an American horse trainer.
Biography
Cubbedge was born on September 5, 1951 in Bainbridge, Ohio. In 2011, his horse Shackleford won the Preakness Stakes.[1] Shackleford also won the Grade 1 Metropolitan Handicap but finished fourth at Kentucky Derby. In 2006 he and his partner Michael Lauffer trained that horse at the Phillips Racing Partnership and Belvedere Farm in Paris, Kentucky.[2]
