Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement

A Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement (BASA) provides for civil aviation certications to be shared between two countries.[1]

The EASA currently maintains BASAs with the FAA, the Transport Canada Civil Aviation and the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil.[2]
