Big Float
The Big Float is an annual event in Portland, Oregon, United States, organized by the Human Access Project to encourage people to use the Willamette River as recreation.[1] The event, which also serves as a fundraiser for the group, was established in 2011.[2] An estimated 6,000 people participated in 2018.[3]
