Bernardin Mungul Diaka
Bernardin Mungul Diaka (12 November 1933 – 3 June 1999)[1][2] was the Prime Minister of Zaire from 1 November 1991 to 25 November 1991. He was appointed by Mobutu Sese Seko and considered a moderate.[3] He was also a governor of Kinshasa from 1992 to 1996.
