Academic positions

He is a George W. McNelly Professor of Technology and Professor of Computer Science at Purdue University. He is the Director of the High Performance Computer Graphics Laboratory[1] at the same institution. He was a member of numerous program committees of various conferences including ACM SIGGRAPH and Eurographics and he was a papers chair of Eurographics 2017. He is editor in chief of Computer Graphics Forum [2] and associate editor of Computers & Graphics.[3] He is known for his work in geometric modeling, procedural modeling, scientific visualization, and software optimizations in digital manufacturing.

Education

Benes received his Ph.D. in 1998 from Czech Technical University where he studied Computer Science and Computer Graphics and his M.S. degree in 1991 from the same institution in the same fields.

gollark: In most cases WASM is going to be compiled from something else, although I guess you could tamper specifically with the WASM output, but it would not look accidental.
