Bedam Shah Warsi
Bedam Shah Warsi (Urdu بیدم شاہ وارثی ) was an Urdu language Sufi poet born in 1876 in Etawah district of UP India. His real name was Syed Gulam Hussain and Bedam was his pen name. Bedam is Urdu language word which means no life or no breath.He was mureed of Hazrat Waris Ali Shah that why he added Warsi to his name.[1][2][3][4] He died on 24 Nov 1936 and buried in Dewa, India.
