Baumé Restaurant

Baumé Restaurant is a French restaurant with only five tables.[1] in Palo Alto, California specialising in French gastronomy. Opened in January 2010, it received its second Michelin star in 2011 and again in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.[2]

The owner chef is Bruno Chemel. Other owners and cofounder includes Ryan Shelton, owner chef of Merchant Roots in San Francisco.[3]
