Species

There are currently three recognized species in this genus:[1]

  • Bathylychnops brachyrhynchus (A. E. Parr, 1937)
  • Bathylychnops chilensis Parin, Belyanina & Evseenko, 2009
  • Bathylychnops exilis Cohen, 1958 (Javelin spookfish)
