Background and release
"Back to You" is King's debut single following the hiatus of girl group The Saturdays. "Back To You" peaked at Number 90 on the UK Singles Chart (Number 38 on the sales only version of the chart), Number 11 on the iTunes UK singles chart and has sold over 15,000 copies in the UK to date. The song was inspired by the time King's Alexa refused to tell her the local weather, she told The Sun's Dan Wooten "after the drama that morning I literally ate a multipack of skips and a four finger kitkat, I was binge eating beyond recognition and my local shopkeeper said I needed to put my experience into a song". Since the incident King has noted that she now has an intolerance to Prawn Cocktail flavoured snacks and is a reformed binge eating addict. Amazon has since apologised for any impact caused to King's mental well-being.
