BK Das

BK Das is a retired career bureaucrat and former adviser, with the rank of minister, of Shahabuddin Ahmed caretaker government.[1]

Early life

Das was born in 1943 in Sylhet, East Bengal, British India. He graduated from the University of Dhaka.[2]

Career

Das was a judge in the Bangladesh High Court for 12 years.[3] He would then serve in the Bangladesh Supreme Court, Appellate Division. In 2010 he was appointed the chairman of Bangladesh Press Council.[2]

Death

Das died on 8 March 2015.[3]

gollark: There are also a lot of things it can't do, like many other reasoning tasks, anything not expressible as text, and a lot of things requiring world modeling. But I don't know if that means it isn't "thinking".
gollark: I don't know if it can "think" because that's quite poorly defined. I do know that it can do some amount of logical and common-sense reasoning and has very good language abilities.
