BCMS UAV
BCMS UAV is a Chinese unmanned aerial vehicle developed by Ba County Middle School (Ba-Xian Zhong-Xue, (巴县中学) in Chongqing, which is also known as Chongqing Municipal Experimental Middle School (Chong-Qing-Shi Shi-Yan Zhong-Xue, 重庆市实验中学). It has entered service with local business on contractual basis.

BCMS UAV is a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle developed mainly for aerial photography and cinematography applications. Its general designer is a high school freshman, Lu Yan-Jie (卢彦杰), and the development took two years to complete with a development cost in excess of ¥15000. It is designed as a cheaper alternative to existing unmanned aerial vehicles performing the same mission. In comparison to other unmanned aerial vehicles developed by corporations with a price tag of several hundred thousand ¥ each, the BCMS UAV costs only ¥8000. Imaging information can be transmitted in real time.[1]
BCMS UAV follows a conventional layout with a high wing configuration and tricycle landing gear, with propulsion provided by a two-blade propeller driven by a tractor engine mounted in the nose. They are produced by the school-owned factory have been used by local business for aerial photography of the surrounding land.
