B. Jaya is a veteran actress of South Indian films, having acted for over four decades.[1] She has acted in over 200 films.

Film career
Jaya became an actress as a child through the Kannada film Bhaktha Prahallada. She has won awards for the films Prathigne, Bettada Huli, Nyayave Devaru and Gowdru, the last of which was from the Karnataka State Film Awards for Best Supporting Actress. She is the recipient of a Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for her long career as an actress.

gollark: I think if you just want the general lessons about morality and such, you can read books on philosophy and get a more balanced perspective which is not trying to push some particular set of views and is going to explain directly and not use parables.
