Bédouès
Bédouès (Occitan: Bedoesc) is a former commune in the Lozère department in southern France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune of Bédouès-Cocurès.[2]

As they are adjacent there is one direction (north, south, west, east, up or down), which would take you from the position of the chest to that of the turtle if you were to walk that way. You can pull items from the turtle by using that direction as the from argument.
