Astri Mæhre Johannessen

Astri Johanne Mæhre Johannessen married name Førde (born 7 November 1933[1]) is a former Norwegian long track speed skater, who was active in the 1950s.[2]

Johannessen represented her nation four times at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women; in 1952, (finishing 11th overall), 1953, (finishing 14th overall), 1954, (finishing 14th overall) and 1955, (finishing 10th overall).[3] She also competed at other international competitions.

Between 1951 and 1959 she competed six times at the Norwegian Allround Championships, finishing every time at the podium. She became national champion in 1955. She won the silver medal in 1951, 1952, 1953 and 1959 and the bronze medal in 1954.
