AssuredPartners NL (formerly Assured Neace Lukens) is an insurance brokerage firm founded in 1991 by John Neace and Joe Lukens. With headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky,[1] the firm has more than 500 licensed agents and more than 850 employees[2] operating in 37 offices.[3]

As of July 2011, Neace Lukens was the 24th largest private insurance firm in the country as ranked by Business Insurance magazine.[4] Neace Lukens was acquired by AssuredPartners, Inc. in September 2011;[5] AssuredPartners, Inc., in turn, is owned by Apax Partners.[6]
Leadership
The firm was founded in 1991 by John Neace and Joe Lukens. As of 2017, Todd Stocksdale, is the firm's president.[7] Corey Freeman is the company's COO.
