Arthur W. Bates
Arthur W. Bates (1883 – 16 August 1972) was an American silent film actor.
Arthur W. Bates was born in 1883 in Chicago.[1]
Bates was acting with Essanay Studios in Chicago by 1915. After the studio closed down, he worked for the Chicago Transit Authority.[1]
Bates died in Chicago on 16 August 1972.[1]
