Artcyclopedia is an online database of museum-quality fine art founded by Canadian John Malyon.

Information

The Artcyclopedia only deals with art that can be viewed online, and indexes 2,300 art sites (from museums and galleries), with links to around 180,000 artworks by 8,500 renowned artists.[1] The site has also started to compile a list of art galleries and auction houses.

gollark: But then I realized that the UI needed to know what files had *already* been uploaded, so now the server has to send those in some way that the client code can read.
gollark: (it doesn't upload them to the server yet)
gollark: So I managed to make accursed JSoforms to allow people to select some files from the local device by clicking buttons. Highly advanced technology, yes.
gollark: Wow, this file upload thing is getting increasingly convoluted.
