Arnel Cerafica
Arnel Cerafica is a Filipino politician. He was a member of Philippine House of Representatives representing the District of Pateros–Taguig from 2010 to 2019.[1] He was also the Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Health.[2][3]

Prior to his election to Congress, he served as a councilor for the 1st district of Taguig City from 2001 to 2007.
