Aparajita Mohanty

Aparajita Mohanty is an Oriya movie actress based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. She is the wife of Odia actor Uttam Mohanty and mother of actor Babushan.

She received the ETV Priya Odia 2009 award.[1][2]

Political career

On 21 February 2014, she entered into politics too. She joined the national party Indian National Congress (INC). Her grandfather, Abdus Subhan Khan was a minister long ago. She might have her political inspiration from him.[3] She joined BJP in feb 2018 and stand in election for mla post in 2019 Assembly election
