Notes

gollark: Storage is basically a nonissue, small websites are small.
gollark: My entire website fits in about a megabyte (admittedly, there are basically no images) and the only time the CPU usage from nginx was at all noticeable was when people were spamming my game thing with several hundred thousand websocket frames a second.
gollark: Web hosting requires basically 0 bulk storage and power.
gollark: IIRC Amazon and Google have limited free tiers too.
gollark: https://www.lowendtalk.com/ has a bunch of stuff.
