Amr Sobhy

Amr Sobhy (Arabic: عمرو صبحي ) is an award-winning Egyptian information activist,[1] social entrepreneur,[2] published author and poet.[3][4] He is best known as co-creator of MorsiMeter;[5][6] a digital initiative and online platform to document and monitor the performance of Egyptian President, Mohamed Morsi, which has attracted a wide global attention.[7][8][9][10][11] The initiative modeled after Obameter is considered to be the first[12] in Egypt and the Middle East to hold a president accountable for his promises.
