The twelve finalists were picked up in a party bus where they were introduced to the viewers and each other. They then partook in a fashion show on a U.S. Navy ship, where Jenascia helped April after April realized she had the wrong outfit on. After receiving a Tyra Mail at dinner telling them that they had a photoshoot the next day, April promised to be responsible for waking everyone up on time. The next day, they did a Garden of Eden–themed nude photoshoot for Fresh Look contact lenses with male models. Jenascia failed to wake up on time for the photoshoot, arriving three hours late, which later impacted her performance. This caused a lot of resentment between Jenasica and April, as she had helped April at the fashion show and felt betrayed. Anna refused to participate in the shoot, as she felt it wasn’t ladylike” and was asked to leave the set of the shoot.[16] At judging, Yoanna, Camille, Mercedes, Heather, and Shandi all received much praise for their photos, although Catie, Bethany, and Jenascia received negative critique from the judges. Anna was criticized by the judges for not only refusing to do the photoshoot but also failing to provide a reason for doing so and Jenascia was criticized for her lateness. Anna and Jenascia landed in the bottom two and Anna became the first model eliminated from the competition.
