Alma Arroyo Ruiz

Alma Jeanny Arroyo Ruiz (born 27 November 1975) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PRI. She currently serves as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Veracruz.[1]
