Production

Director David DeCoteau and his production team felt that featuring Greg Sestero, following an article in Entertainment Weekly about his role in the 'Citizen Kane of bad films' "The Room" would create a buzz around the film.[2]

However the marketing for Alien Presence didn't focus on Sestero's role (he doesn't even appear on the poster) which could have negatively effected the film's performance.[3][4][5][6]

Reception

On the IMDb Alien Presence has a user score of 3.3 out of 10.[7] On Rotten Tomatoes Alien Presence has no rating, meaning no one has reviewed the film.[8]
