Alexander Serebryakov

Alexander Sergeyevich Serebryakov (Russian: Алекса́ндр Серге́евич Серебряко́в; born September 28, 1987) is a Russian former professional cyclist.[1] During his career, Serebryakov served a four-year doping ban, between April 2013 and April 2017.
