Alex Nwankwo
Alex Nwankwo (born 31 August 1983), also known as AlexReports, is a Nigerian PR Expert, journalist, media personality and writer. He is the publisher of Attention Magazine and the chief executive officer of Amity Global Network.[1][2][3] On 19 September 2019, he was inducted as a member of Occupational safety and health.[4]

Early life and education
Alex was born in Kano State, Nigeria to Chief G.N.C Nwankwo, a traditional title holder and a Contractor. In 2006, he graduated from Anambra State University (now, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University) with a degree in mass communication. During his time at the university, he was the secretary-general of the students union government. Alex holds a master's degree in media and communication art from University of Abuja.[5][6][7]
Career
Alex began his career in blogging and journalism as the chief editor of Glees Media Company. He later moved on to become the chief executive officer of Amity Global Network and the publisher of Attention Magazine.[8] He is the project director of Most Beautiful Model Nigeria (MBMN), the head of media and publicity of 60 Goals Soccer Star Project and a former media aide to Tony Nwulu, a House of Representatives member.[9][10][11] Alex won the Nigeria Social Media Reporter of the Year at the 2014 Miss Big World.[12][13]
In 2019, he won the Best Blogger/Publicist of the Year at the 2019 Who is Who Awards and Best PR Blogger of the Year at the 2019 National Peace Awards.[14][15] On 24 October 2019, he became the first Nigeria director of media/communication for the Federation Of West African Freelance Journalists Association (FWAFJA).[16] On 29 November 2019, he was appointed new media director of ECOWAS youth council and inducted as ECOWAS youth ambassador of peace.[17]

In 2014, at a social media conference in Abuja, he announced the launch of his website, alexreports.info.[18][19] The blog won the Best Pageant and Fashion Friendly Blog at the 2015 Mr and Miss Nigeria.[20]

Personal life
Alex lost his father on 27 June 2015, when he was away in Enugu State for the grand finale of Miss Coal City 2015.[6] In 2016, he was involved in a ghastly motor accident, he sustained injuries which includes a broken neck.[21] On 3 August 2019, he married Esther Ezenwonye in Uga, Anambra State.[22][23][24] Two months later, his wife gave birth to a son and was named Churchill, after Olakunle Churchill, the ex-husband of Nigerian Actress, Tonto Dikeh.[25]
