Ahsan Adelur Rahman

Ahsan Adelur Rahman is a Bangladeshi politician and the incumbent Member of Parliament from Nilphamari-4. He was born in Kishoreganj, Nilphamari district. His father, Dr. Asadur Rahman (former MP from Nilphamari 4), was Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh Agriculture University of Mymensingh and Mother's name is Merina Rahman (former two-time MP) and nephew of Ex-President Hussein Muhammad Ershad. He completed his MBA From Institute of Business Administration of the University of Dhaka. He was working in the Dubai Islamic Bank of the United Arab Emirates. [1]

Adel filed nomination papers for Nilphamari-4 constituency on the nomination of Jatiya Party in the eleventh parliamentary elections held on December 30, 2018. Later he was declared the candidate of the grand alliance. Adel took a symbol of langol and won a landslide victory, obtaining two lakh 36 thousand 9 and 30 votes in the election. [2]

Ahsan Adelur Rahman was elected to Parliament from Nilphamari-4 as a Jatiya Party candidate on 30 December 2018.[1][2]
