Agnes Lyall

Agnes Earl Lyall (1908-2013) was an American artist.[1] She helped found the American Abstract Artists in 1936.[2] Her work is included in the collections of the Whitney Museum of American Art,[1] the Metropolitan Museum of Art,[3] the Smithsonian American Art Museum,[4] the Brooklyn Museum,[5] the Yale University Art Gallery,[6] the Carnegie Museum of Art,[7] the National Gallery of Art[8] and the Museum of Modern Art, New York.[9]
