Adriano Sánchez Roa

Adriano de Jesús Sánchez Roa (born 24 January 1956) is a politician, economist and writer from the Dominican Republic. He is Senator for the province of Elías Piña, elected in 2006, and re-elected in 2010,[4] with 60.05% of the votes.[5]

El senador por la Provincia Elías Piña, del PRSC' y ex Administrador del Banco Agrícola, Adriano Sánchez Roa, estuvo involucrado en 1998 en un desfalco de más de RD$100 millones de pesos a dicha institución bancaria. Contra el senador se presentaron tres querellas conteniendo acusaciones de atentado a la libertad, falsificación, prevaricación, asociación de malhechores, robo, estafa y abuso de confianza, en perjuicio del Estado, todo esto en el año 1998.
