Controversies

UFC 229 Nurmagomedov-McGregor post-fight incident

At UFC 229, Khabib Nurmagomedov jumped the cage after his title victory and charged toward Conor McGregor's cornerman Dillon Danis. Soon after, McGregor and Abubakar attempted to exit the octagon, but a scuffle broke out between them after McGregor punched Abubakar.[18] McGregor was then attacked by two of Khabib's corner men, Zubaira Tukhugov [19] and Esed Emiragaev.[20] On January 29, 2019, the NSAC announced a one-year suspension for Nurmagomedov, (retroactive to October 6, 2018) and a $25,000 fine. He became eligible to compete again on June 6, 2019.[21]

gollark: I'm getting this as a potatOS-related bug report from a user, so they *may* just be on the wrong version.
gollark: In CC, it appears to use the second return value as the error, CraftOS-PC doesn't.
gollark: The line```lua local h = assert(http.get(url, nil, true)) -- binary mode, to avoid any weirdness```in potatOS works in CCEmuX but not CraftOS-PC. Although it might be that the HTTP thing is broken too, I can't check.
gollark: CraftOS-PC's `assert` seems to work differently to the CC one.
gollark: But if you only plan to add new functions, programs can also just do `if not(library.thing and library.otherThing) then error "update weird libraries or something" end`
