Abu Azaitar
Abu Azaitar born March 10, 1986) is a mixed martial artist competing in the Middleweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. A professional since 2009, he has formerly competed for World Series of Fighting (WSOF).[2]

Mixed martial arts career
Early career
Azaitar participated in various regional MMA promotions, notably in KSW[3][4], Absolute Championship Berkut and Respect Fighting Championship.[5]
World Series of Fighting
On April 2, 2016, Azaitar made his WSOF debut against veteran Danny Davis Jr at WSOF 30.[6] After a hard fought right Azaitar won the fight via unanimous decision.[7]
On October 2, 2016, Azaitar made his return taking on Mike Arrant at WSOF 33 on the undercard.[8] He won via a unanimous decision.
Ultimate Fighting Championship
Azaitar made his UFC debut on July 22, 2018, against Vitor Miranda at UFC Fight Night: Shogun vs. Smith.[9] He won the fight via unanimous decision.
Azaitar is expected to face Alessio Di Chirico on April 11, 2020 at UFC Fight Night 172.[10]
