Abraham Ruhumuriza
Abraham Ruhumuriza (born 28 August 1979) is a Rwandan cyclist.[1] His main success was in the Tour du Rwanda, which he won five times between 2002 and 2007.

gollark: I hope security-critical stuff like OpenSSL gets done in Rust or something.
gollark: (because HTML-escaping is the *default*, not opt-in, when rendering to HTML)
gollark: PHP basically removes the possibility of you messing up with memory management, although it makes XSS issues and other !!FUN!! stuff quite easy. More modern templating-engine stuff make it hard to have accidental XSS issues.
