Abdallah ibn Qais
Abdallah ibn Qais (Arabic: عبد الله بن قيس) (Κάϊσος, Kaisos and Ἀβδελᾶς, Abdelas in Greek sources) was an Ummayad military leader active against the Byzantine Empire in the 670s. In ca. 672/673 he led a raid into Cilicia and Lycia, and wintered there before returning to Syria. In 674/675, by which time, according to al-Tabari, he was admiral-in-chief of the Ummayad navy, he led a raid against the island of Crete along with general al-Fadl ibn Ubaid.

gollark: Anyway. Threadripper offers something like 12 DIMM slots. So put 32GB in each and you can open two Chrome tabs.<@290217153293189120>
gollark: Portals.
gollark: Use your entire upgrade budget to switch to threadripper or a server platform, so you can install more RÄM.
gollark: I have an idea.
gollark: Also, if you do throw out your existing RAM (don't, keep it somewhere for future use, but I mean if you stop using it), buy 3200MHz DIMMs if they're not much more expensive.
