Abac, Georgia

Abac, Georgia was a place in Tift County, Georgia. In 1950 it had a population of 500. It has since been absorbed into Tifton, Georgia.

The name is an acronym: Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College,[1] which institution is located in this community.
