Aaha (TV series)

Aaha is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language drama directed by Suresh Krissna.[1] That aired on Vijay TV from 7 May 2012 through 14 September 2012 on Monday through Friday 7:30PM (IST) for 93 episodes.[2][3] It is inspired by the 1997 movie Aahaa..! director by Suresh Krissna.[4]

The show starred Bhanupriya, Easwari Rao, Seema, Benito Alex, VaniBhojan, J. V. Ramana Murthi and Delhi Ganesh. It was first Tamil Serial shooting in Dubai. It is a story about ideal join family led by the Paramaeshwar Iyer.

Casting

Series is a family Love story directed by Suresh Krissna, that aired on Vijay TV. Model VaniBhojan the role of Shruti. It was first serial for VaniBhojan. Benito Alex who was also cast in Vijay TV Series Mahan, was selected to portray the lead role of Harsha. Tamil Film Actress Bhanupriya was selected to the role of Raji. Bhanupriya made his comeback after 5 years. Later Easwari Rao was replaced role of Raji. Other supporting cast include Seema, J. V. Ramana Murthi, Delhi Ganesh, Ilavarasan, Kathadi Ramamurthy, Kavithalaya Krishnan.

Production

The series was created by director Suresh Krissna [5] who had appeared in South Indian cinema and Bollywood. Tamil films such as Annamalai (1992), starring Rajinikanth. Since then, he has directed Veera (1994), Baashha (1995), Aalavandhan (2001) and Baba (2002). Dialogue written by Crazy Mohan who had appeared in dramas, tele-serial and Film and he has worked as a dialogue writer on a number of comedy films such as Poikkal Kudhirai (1983), Aahaa..! (1997) and Poovellam Kettuppar (1999).

The Series was released on 7 May 2012 on Vijay TV. The Show was also broadcast internationally on Channel's international distribution.
