A Planet in Arms is a novel in which Rohan's Planet has just won its independence from the Terran Empire of Earth and established a new government.[1]

gollark: I personally find the packet thing more convenient, as just having a plain stream means you have to work out some way of delimiting packets and whatnot for everything.
