AUFS

Absorbance Units Full Scale (AUFS) is a ubiquitous unit of UV absorbance intensity.

Usage

AUFS is an arbitrary but ubiquitous unit of UV absorbance intensity.[1][2][3] It can be used in chemical analysis to quantify components in a mixture, as each components' integrated peak area correspond to their relative abundance.

Application areas

gollark: Is hilariously slow, and your device probably still has a GPU even if it's just doing video output.
gollark: Says the person whose browser IS RENDERING ON A GPU!!!!!¡!!¡¡¡¡¡
gollark: I do NOT know Nvidia.
gollark: Oh, $1499 apparently?!
gollark: I assume £800 or so, knowing nvidia.
