A. Chapin Whiting

A. Chapin Whiting was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.[1]

Biography

Whiting was born on May 20, 1825, in Boston, New York. On October 8, 1850, Whiting married Valucia Violant Williams. They had eight children. He died on May 7, 1899, and was buried in Waupun, Wisconsin.

His brother, Anderson Whiting, was also a member of the Assembly.

Assembly career

Whiting was a member of the Assembly during the Session of 1867. He was affiliated with the National Union Party.
