2020 South American Cricket Championship – Men's tournament

The 2020 South American Cricket Championship was a cricket tournament that was due to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 3 to 6 December 2020.[1] The tournament was originally scheduled for 1 to 4 October, but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[2] This would have been the seventeenth edition of the men's South American Cricket Championship, and the second in which matches would have been eligible for Twenty20 International (T20I) status, since the ICC granted T20I status to matches between all of its Members.[3] Argentina were the defending champions, having won the 2019 edition.[4]
