2020 Extreme Football League season
The 2020 Extreme Football League season is the inaugural season of the Extreme Football League (X League) in the United States. The league was formed on December 17, 2019.

The season is slated to begin on April 11, 2020.
Developments
The Nashville Knights missed several procedural deadlines required for participating in the 2020 season. As a result, the operations of the Knights were suspended by the league, and replaced by a new franchise, the Kansas City Force in January 2020.[1][2]

Playoffs
The first-ever X League Playoffs will be played at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California, a suburb of Los Angeles on Friday, August 28, when the top two teams of each conference take on each other. Winners of each conference championship game will face each other in The X Cup on Saturday, September 12.
