2020–21 Xavier Musketeers men's basketball team

The 2020–21 Xavier Musketeers men's basketball team represent Xavier University during the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's basketball season as a member of the Big East Conference. Led by third-year head coach Travis Steele, they play their home games at the Cintas Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Previous season

In their second year under Travis Steele, the Musketeers finished the 2019–20 season 19–13, 8–10 in Big East play to finish tied for sixth place.[1] In the Big East conference tournament, No. 7 seed Xavier was defeated by No. 10 seed DePaul in the first round. Xavier did not compete in a postseason tournament, as the season was prematurely ended due to the coronavirus pandemic.
